A bit about me…

Hi my name’s Lydgia and I live with my husband, two children and dog in Blackheath, South East London. I love to cook and eat delicious food. After being asked several times by followers of my Instagram account whether I had a blog I decided it made sense to start one.

I hope to share some of the dishes I create in my kitchen and give an insight into people I find inspiring, places I love to eat and products I find essential.
